Mike did a wonderful job planning our Italy vacation. We enjoyed every minute of our 14 day trip. We didnt originally know where we wanted to go but after listening to what we liked/didnt like, Mike helped guide us to Beaches Negril in Jamaica. He answered all of our questions (and there were many!!) and kept us in the loop with any changes or COVID related issues. We leave in a week and cant wait!! Thank you Mike! Mike was a pleasure to work with. He helped us to narrow down our choices of cruise ships and ports with his expertise. Mike provided pointers to us that were not in the travel books that proved very helpful to us in our travels. Also Mike had excellent hotel recommendations so that we were booked in great areas central to the sights and activities that we wanted to experience.
No issues occurred on our trip, but we were confident if any did occur Mike would have them resolved.
We look forward to booking another trip with Mike in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about the honeymoon Mike Giarretto helped my husband and I plan. From beginning to end, he was a font of helpful ideas. Having listened to what we would like to do on our honeymoon, he found us a fabulous cruise which allowed us to visit the places we most wanted to travel to on our honeymoon. He helped us get seats on our flights both there and back when my husband and I were having trouble because "Edelweiss Air" our carrier was not the easiest website to navigate and it turned out we need to check in on the parent carriers. He found us the most wonderful excursion, Cooking with a Turkish Chef which we adored. His thoughtfulness was expressed in so many ways including having a bottle of champagne waiting for us when we boarded the ship. I would recommend his excellent services to any and all who will be traveling. My husband and I cannot wait to plan another trip with him. Maybe my dad's 80th... My wife and I had never cruised before, so we were a little concerned that it would not be for us. We should not have been worried. This was the best trip we ever took. The locations were beautiful, the ship was wonderful, and the service was fantastic. We met Mike at a town fair last October, and this trip was exactly as he described - probably even better! Mike was great the whole way - getting paperwork to us, letting us know any little details he thought would be important for us to know. When our flight got delayed, he even contacted the cruise line to let them know we would be on a later flight to ensure our transfers would be in place. The service he provided was invaluable. John and I just wanted to thank you for planning such an amazing honeymoon for us. You made the entire planning and booking process stress free, and your knowledge and guidance really helped us plan the perfect trip. We loved Air France, the premium economy seats were definitely worth the little extra we paid. Paris was great, but Positano was amazing, better than we could have imagined. The hotel was fantastic; they even sent a bottle of wine and a fruit platter with a sweet note to our room to welcome us and congratulate us on our marriage. I started off working with Mike looking for a cruise. It was clear that he was an expert on all the cruise lines, but we decided on Beaches Turks and Caicos instead. Mike had a great knowledge of the property and was able to guide us to not only the proper room category for our family of four, but he was able to request through Beaches the best possible location on the resort. This was by far the best family vacation we have had in a awhile. Our flights were great as we even got upgrade to first class and our accomodations were we stayed at Dreams Cancun were excellent. Everyone had something to do on the trip to make this a unique and superb trip. Mike Giarretto worked with my budget at hand and was able to afford me an all inclusive vacation that had everything we all wanted to make this trip the trip of a lifetime. Mike Giarretto made our hotel reservations for us again for our trip to New England. He got us an amazing rate at the best hotel in Newport, and at the hotel directly near the Nantucket Ferry in Hyannis. He makes travelling easy. We wouldn't go anywhere without using him!
